How do I place an order?

Go onto www.crotor.com

Select a category – Choose the product of your choice

Select quantity and click on “add to cart”. Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right side of your page to be directed to your shopping cart.

Click on check out after checking your purchase details carefully enter your shipping address and other required details Enter any discount coupon code if applicable. Check the final price {COD/Shipping charges}.

Select one of the payment options (COD, Card payment). Fill in your payment details and your order is placed!

You will receive your order confirmation on your registered email ID.

If you haven’t received it, be sure to check your spam.

How will my order be deliver to me?

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

How will I know if an order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with our team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, banks normally roll it back within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.
